Ryan grew up in Jackson Hole. Sununta (“Su”) grew up in Bangkok, where she learned to cook early: food as instinct, balance and connection.
Ryan brings more than 20 years in hospitality, blending design, branding and restaurant operations. Su, an executive chef, brings an intuitive, flavor-forward approach to every kitchen she leads. They opened their first restaurant in 2008 and a larger space in 2010.
The work has grown into a family of connected doors, each shaped by its town and built for the people who live there.
